Payment
All application fees must be paid in cash.
Rent must be paid Money Order, Cashier's Check or Personal Check. However, if a personal check does not clear all future rent payments must be by Money order or Cashier's Check only.
Credit and Debit cards are not accepted for payment.
Parking
We're located in the northeast corner of the Aurora building on Oak and E. 11th. Street parking is available along both streets and the first hour is free in the overpark.
